I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with your telephonic complaint services for getting assistance to find out the lost items.
Yesterday, I was travelling back to my home from the central town bus station in the evening. After reaching home, I realized that my wallet is missing from my pocket. Consequently, I immediately called your 24/7 online help number and talk to one of your customer representatives. However, your staff did not want to act quickly on my problem which could be easily solved during the same time.
Moreover, your workers put me on hold for more than one hour and there were no updates or any instant messages on call during that call on hold time frame. As per the law, customers are kept on hold for only two minutes on call during any customer online service. After all this, I was informed that they have raised a ticket to my case and they will call me back in four hours to give an update on the ticket.
Till now, I have not received any response from your unprofessional staff and I am extremely unhappy about your telephonic compliant services. Therefore, I would request you to please expedite investigating my case and come up with a solution. It is more than two days and I am still waiting for an update.
